中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討學校體育教學。學生在優質的環境、好的教材、活潑生動教學內容、人性化領導及以學生為本位中快樂運動,學生一定會努力再努力,加油再加油,並期盼上體育課,達到運動健身有益健康及養成終身運動習慣之目的。尤其是讓學生充分瞭解體育教學之目標、目的、益處及教師期望,有助於其個人運動目標之設定。學校體育教學是非常專業的,需要大家一起來努力,包括學校的優質環境、教師的經驗(觀念、愛心、關心、耐心、方法)、良好器材設備、優異的授課教材和學生、家長的觀念等,這些相關因素都會對學校體育教學產生不同的影響。而有效學校體育教學方法主要有:教材內容要生動、上課方式要活潑、教導風格要人性化、要自我學習、要自我檢討與評鑑、善用系統觀察法等。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose for this research is to have a further discuss of the physical education in the schools. Under the high quality environment, good teaching materials, lively education, guiding by human nature orientation, students will definitely pay more and more attention and expecting to the PE class. Thus, students would have a healthful body through exercising, also to form the habit of exercise in the lifetime. It is very helpful for the students to set up their personal exercise goal if they are well noticed ofthe followings, goal of PE class, purpose of PE class and teacher's expectation. The PE class, which is very professional, that needs everyone's effort to be succeeds. The elements that will generate different influence of the PE teaching in schools are teaching environments, teacher's experience (concept, solicitude, attention, patient, methods), find teaching equipments, fine teaching material also the concept of students and parents. As to the points that could lead to an effective PE teaching are includes lively teaching context, vigorous teaching, teaching by human nature orientation, self learning, self-criticism and making good use of the systematic observing and etc. |
