中文摘要 | 本文的目的在探討生涯管理的意涵、生涯管理模式,以及生涯管理概念應用至非營利成人教育組織的個人與組織之可能啟示。生涯管理是一種準備、執行與監控生涯目標的持續過程,個人與組織都有責任來規劃與管理生涯。從個人角度而言,發展生涯管理的能力可以有效達成個體的生命目標,從組織層面而言,生涯管理方案的實踐是組織發展人才,以及留住人才與永續經營的重要計畫。長久以來,專業或志工人才缺乏、人才流動率高、人力管理不當、人才培訓計畫闕如等問題,一直是國內非營利成人教育組織在人力資源方面的難題。生涯管理的概念強調個體與組織共同管理與發展生涯計畫,或可作為非營利成人教育組織中的個人與組織生涯發展之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this paper is to explore the meaning, models, and implementations of the career management, then some implications are conclued for the application in the nonprofit adult education organizations. Career management has indicated an ongoing process of preparing, implementing, and examining the development of career goals. This process is best organized as well as developed by the cooperation of both individuals and organization. Three career management models are introduced, two of them point out the importance of individual career competencies and the last one emphasizes the process of the career interaction by the individual and organization. Following the examination of the characteristics and challenges in the nonprofit adult education organizations, this paper finally proposes some suggestions to the individual and organization respectively for better career management. |
