中文摘要 | 近來隨著科技演進、網際網路的普及與網路頻寬不斷的提升之下,以網路環境的方式實施員工教育訓練的「網路化訓練」(web-based training, WBT)成為企業教育訓練中新的學習方式,此學習模式不但突破了傳統教室學習在時間和空間上的限制,並且以「學習者為中心」,讓學習者能彈性的選擇課程和時間來學習,已引起許多企業的採用。為評估企業實施網路化訓練的成效,本研究以實證研究方法探討網路化訓練之關鍵因素對企業實施網路化訓練效益之影響,本研究以人力資源部門主管為問卷調查對象,研究結果顯示:組織特性、高階和部門主管支持與網路化訓練課程呈現方式等因素對企業網路化訓練效益之品質和服務與速度有顯著影響,但只有組織特性對企業網路化訓練效益之成本有顯著影響。 |
英文摘要 | Recently along with the rapid improved information technology, wide-spread and proliferated bandwidth of Internet, there is a new mean to deliver a training course on web and is called Web-Based Training, WBT. WBT differs from the traditional classroom learning which has usually been limited by the time and space. WBT delivers training in learner-centered style and provides trainee the flexibility in choosing the training courses with unlimited time and distances. The convenience of WBT is hence interested and adopted by many companies. To understand the effectiveness of WBT, this research applies empirical study method with human resource managers as subjects and focuses on examining the relationships between the key factors of WBT and its effectiveness. Measurement tools are developed to evaluate both the key factors and the effectiveness of WBT. The major findings are: the organizational characters, senior and supervisor managers' support and ways of presentation of WBT have significantly affected the quality and the service and speed of the effectiveness of WBT, and only the organizational character has significantly affected the cost of the effectiveness of WBT. |
