中文摘要 | 本試驗以中心所保存2個尼羅吳郭魚品系 (N1與N2) 進行自交與種內雜交,並與另保存的歐利亞吳郭魚 (A) 做種間雜交。364天養殖結果顯示N2 × N2之成長最好,平均日增重 (WG) 為2.5 g/day;N1 × N1之成長最差,WG為1.5 g/day;N1 × N2和N2 × N1成長也較N1 × N1快,分別為2.0與2.2。N2 × N2雖然成長快,但因雄魚比例偏低,因此不適合作為推廣對象的魚種,可當作優良種原予以保存。另外,N1 × A與N2 × A的雜交子代,皆可達100 % 雄性,足證中心保存的品系純度值得肯定。而N2 × A的成長率也較目前坊間之品系N1 × A快,其WG分別為2.3與1.6。因成長快又具有全雄性的優點,值得推廣至民間。 |
英文摘要 | Intraspecific inbreeding and line-breeding of N1 and N2 strains in Nile tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus), and their interspecific outbreeding with A strain of blue tilapia (Oreochromis aureus) were conducted. The experimental fishes were all from the conserved stocks at Freshwater Aquaculture Research Center, FRI. After 364-day culturing period, the results showed that progeny of N2 × N2 had the best growth performance, and those of N1 × N1 had the worst. Their average weight gain (WG) were 2.5 and 1.5 g/day, respectively. The WG of progeny from N1 × N2 and N2 × N1 were 2.0 and 2.2 g/day, respectively. Progeny of female N1 × male A and female N2 × male A were all males that indicated genetic purity of Nile and blue tilapia kept in the Center was high. The growth performance of progeny of N2 × A was also high, second to that of N2 × N2. Due to all male progeny, the study suggested that N2 × A might be extended to fish farmers. |
