中文摘要 | 線上購物網站的關鍵詞管理,首要在於為商品輸入關鍵詞,因此校對成為一個重要的管理步驟。本研究探討使用搜尋引擎來做為關鍵詞校對工具的可行性;具體而言,研究者利用搜尋引擎傳回字詞符合項目的多寡,來做為判斷的基準。以台灣某網路商城一份真實的關鍵詞集為基準資料,本研究分析出判斷關鍵詞正確性的方法,建議不同字長關鍵詞如何依傳回項目數來判斷正確性。同時本研究也檢視關鍵詞集的內容,進一步分析這個方法的有效性。從實驗結果可以得知,至少有一半的關鍵詞輸入,其正確性可以經由搜尋引擎的比對結果直接判定,可以不需要後續的人工校對,可以省下可觀的人力和時間。 |
英文摘要 | The first step of keyword management of online shopping website is to input the keywords of items into database. Therefore, proofreading is a critical procedure. This article explores the feasibility, using the Google search engine as a proofreading tool. We employ the numbers of search result returned by Google search engine as the baseline of judging whether a term is correct. If the number of search result is low, we regard the keyword wrong, and vice versa. A practical keyword dataset, in which all terms are entered by online users, is collected from a famous online shopping website in Taiwan. Each term’s number of search result whereby we can find out the critical value as a determinant to judge a term correct or not. Research findings show that the critical value of two-character term is different from three-character term. Utilizing the critical values, we can proofread the correctness of the term. We also examine the validity of the critical value by comparing to item-by-item analysis. We conclude that the correctness of a term can be determined by Google search results, with a low risk. Accordingly, a general search engine is able to presume the correctness or not by the results of Google search engine. As a result, the cost of proofreading is diminished in website management. |
