中文摘要 | 本研究旨在探討音樂資賦優異者的生涯發展歷程。以三位曾在國內接受音樂資優 教育的青年為研究對象,利用深度訪談收集及分析資料。歸納音樂資賦優異者的生涯歷程, 可以概分為興趣嘗試期、學習探索期、專業學習期、轉型期及自我嘗試定位期。他們的生涯 特色是不斷重複練琴、考試、比賽、演奏、教學等活動,而在演奏生涯背後是數不盡的心力 付出與壓力的承擔。影響他們的生涯發展因素包括:個人因素、家庭因素、學習(教師)因 素及社會因素等。針對國內音樂資優教師制度(如課程及師資)、目前在學的音樂資優生以 及社會音樂環境等,研究者依據研究結果提出若干建議,期待對音樂資優學生的生涯發展有 所幫助。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study was to understand the career development process of musically talented students. Three musicians narrated their life stories. All of them were accepted into the musically talented program during middle schools. In this study, the qualitative method by means of in-depth interview was used to collect qualitative data and analyze it. It was concluded that the subjects' career development consisted of five stages: interest exploration, learning exploration, learning commitment, transfer orientation, and career identification. Personal, family, learning (teacher) and social factors significantly influenced the subjects career development. Their careers were characterized by taking numerous music lessons, examinations and competitions, performing concerts, and teaching students. Unfortunately the musicians felt that the public only saw the brilliant performance and was unaware of the time they spent on it. Based on the finding of this study, some suggestions were made for facilitating the career development of musically talented students. |
