中文摘要 | 大學生對不同群體與弱勢族群的社會關懷思考,不只與其發揮傾聽、同理與關懷弱勢之利社會態度有關,亦影響參與社會服務工作以展現公民責任之行動意向。本研究運用問卷調查探討大學生對公民責任與社會服務行動意願的影響因素,研究者自編問卷涵蓋「傾聽」、「同理」、「關懷弱勢」、「公民責任」、「行動意願」等構面,運用偏最小平方法分析問卷資料以檢定研究假設與影響關係。研究結果指出,大學生對社會不同群體與弱勢族群的社會處境表現出傾聽、同理與關懷態度,有助於其結合專業知能與社會資源,以善盡公民責任來協助弱勢族群改善社會不利地位。最後,研究者針對研究結果進行討論,並提出未來研究之建議。 |
英文摘要 | The college students social caring about different and disadvantage groups not only associates with their prosocial attitudes toward listening, empathy, and caring of the disadvantaged, but also influences their intentions about participating in social service work to represent civic responsibility. This study employed questionnaire survey to explore the impact factors of college students willingness to act. The questionnaire consisted of five factors, including listening, empathy, caring for the minority, civic responsibility, and willingness to act. The sample data was analyzed through the statistics of partial least squares to testing the theory model and study hypotheses. The results showed that college students attitudes toward the social situations of different groups and the minority by listening, empathizing, and caring could improve fulfillment of civic responsibility about development of social disadvantage with professional knowledge and social resources. Finally, the researcher discussed the results and conducted suggestions derived from this study. |
