中文摘要 | 有鑑於台北大眾捷運、公民營公車及公有路外停車場等三合一悠遊卡票證系統之成功,讓民眾憑藉一張票卡便能在大台北地區到處悠遊,提高民眾使用大眾運輸系統的意願。近年來,因為智慧卡技術成熟,由Philips、SONY與NOKIA等公司所發展出來的近距離無線通訊技術,已可與行動設備結合,為未來行動商務理念帶來更多的效益。因此,本機制透過智慧卡技術,提出具有電子票券與電子錢幣功能之票證機制,讓票證公司所發行的電子票證之儲值金額,不再只侷限於大眾運輸系統票證支付,同時還能至商店、販賣機或電影院,進行購物消費與訂票等行為,以達成「一機在手,到處悠遊」之目的,並進而促使大眾運輸系統營運績效與服務品質的提昇。 |
英文摘要 | Trinity smart card is success to combination tickets of Mass Rapid Transit, bus and parking area in Taipei. Let customers use a ticket card and can be visited leisurely everywhere in Taipei, raise the will that the people use transportation systems of masses. In recent years, the technology of the smart card is ripe. For example, Philips, SONY and NOKIA research and develop new IC chip. The chip can be combined with handheld device, bring greater more benefits to the idea of the mobile commerce affair in the future. Therefore, our research, through a characteristic that have of the newIC chip, brings up a study of micro-payment mechanism with mobile electronic ticket. The amount of money of stored value that this mechanism can let the electronic ticket corporation issue, the coupons that is no longer only confined to transportation systems of masses is paid, at the same time still can to shop, vending machine or cinema, is it do shopping and booking tickets etc. This not only can reduce ticket publishers and shops in operation cost at the procedure, but also reduce consumer line up to wait, carry the cash and credit card even more to reach the purpose on “One handheld device can visit leisurely everywhere”. |
