| 英文摘要 | More and more enterprises now understand the importance of utilizing knowledge for a product's competitiveness in the current knowledge era. This paper proposes to use the perspective of a knowledge management (KM) cycle to support new product development. To fulfill this goal, quantitative and qualitative methods are used to extract organizational knowledge and to connect important workflow between different departments. We then extract the ontology across customers to managers and establish a KM infrastructure. This paper not only contributes towards establishing the decision support across different departments, but also embeds the knowledge into the system across the boundary of an individual. |
