中文摘要 | 目前煉鋼製程產出轉爐石多數用於回填及施工便道,其目的侵為解決去化問題,與資源再利用之境界尚有差距。基於當前用之充當道路鋪面之工程用砂石率皆依賴河川開採,而在破壞生態之虞,以及為求資源之再利用,政府乃訂有資源回收再利用法,資以鼓勵再生材料之再利用。準此,若能將轉爐石添加於再生瀝青並於符合前開規範之前提下,充當道路鋪面,此不惟可免河川之濫採、降低水災之肆虐,亦可解決轉爐石之去化問題。本研究即在探討轉爐石應用於再生瀝青鋪面材料之成效,研究結果顯示,添加20%及40%轉爐石間接張力強度成效均優於傳統天然粒料及再生瀝青混合料,即使浸水後仍可維持殘餘強度規範,可作為鋪面材料之砂石粒料使用,並有效達到資源再利用之成效。 |
英文摘要 | For environmental protection and resources reutilization, Resource Recycling act have been formulated in Taiwan, under which a mixture of BOF slag and recycled aggregates can be used in an asphalt pavement, to replace the aggregates traditionally obtained from crushed river stones. Accordingly, a study of the addition of BOF slag to recycled aggregates for asphalt pavement to meet the standard above was compulsory, in order to dispose BOF slag more economically. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of recycled aggregates for asphalt pavement with BOF slag. Test results indicate that the mixture of BOF’s slag and recycled aggregate exhibits higher indirect tensile strength and higher abrasion resistance than the conventional one. Even the specimens after immersion in water for a long time, the tensile strength ratio of reclaimed asphalt mixtures with the addition of 20%, 40% BOF slag still meet the specification. There is no doubt that the crushed river stone can be partially replaced by the BOF slag. |
