英文摘要 | The Quality Control Circle (QCC) is a small group that continuously performs quality control activities within the workplace, as part of a company-wide program of quality control. No doubt, this Circle has proven to be an important role in improving quality and in increasing productivity. Its quality activities have brought to staff many fruitful experiences as well as satisfaction-identifying problems, thinking and learning together, solving difficult problems, and being elevated to new heights of achievements. This essay is a part of the research report of the 1996 Extended Project of the Program for Reducing the Cost of Agricultural Production and Marketing A Practical Study of Taiwan Provincial Fruit Marketing Cooperatives of Carton Box Plant. It aims to explore the applicability of the QCC in agricultural enterprises and manufacturers. After two year's field study, it has virtually reduced management cost and enhanced the awareness of quality control among staff. This essay covers the following areas: 1)how to implement the QCC in TPFMCCBP; 2)some precautions in its application to other agricultural sectors; 3)problems involved in the implementation of the QCC and their solutions. |
