中文摘要 | 針對工場熱交換器可能洩漏問題,煉製研究所發展線上檢測方式,可以線上檢測 ,不需要停爐,以減少工場停爐失。本文提供一個完整案例,由工場操作結果懷疑熱交換器 洩漏,進而檢查出熱交換器伸縮管破裂,並加以檢修,以恢復工場正常操作。 本文同時討論氦氣檢測法之理論基礎,亦就兩相流態之種類與操作範圍,進行流態理論 探討,以避免流態不良之操作。氦氣測漏法則非常靈敏,可以確定熱交換器洩漏問題,較油 樣取樣測漏方法更為靈敏可靠。同時所測結果可以判斷反應系統流態之良劣,有助反應器模 式之建立。該方法可以廣泛用於各種工場與設備,有具體效益。 |
英文摘要 | The Refining & Manufacturing Research Center developed an on-line inspection method to find the potential leakage problem of heat exchangers. The on-line method can prevent the operation loss of down time for inspection. the present paper presented a case study example. It included inspection methodology, cause analysis and problem solving. The on-line inspection method a applied hydrocarbon sampling technique and helium tracer method. The present paper discussed the theoretical background of helium tracer method. Helium tracer method was very sensitive. It provided more conclusive results than the hydrocarbon sampling method. In addition, helium test provides information to diagnosis the flow pattern of reactor. The operating regime of two phase flow was also discussed to prevent the potential problems of poor flow regime, which can damage heat exchanger. |
