中文摘要 | 本研究主要在了解高雄市與台東縣國小一年級與三年級學生家長的教育期望、工作時間長度及家長參與學校教育行為的現況與差異。並初步探討家長教育期望、工作時間長度對參與學校教育行為之預測程度。本研究以分層隨機抽樣的方式抽取高雄市與台東縣國民小學一年級與三年級學生家長,共 19 所學校 1200 位家長,問卷回收率 79.8 %,剔除無效問卷後,有效樣本為910 人。 本研究主要結果如下:1.高雄市、台東縣家長均以參與學校活動面向程度最高,且主要以參與學校重大活動為主。2.城市地區家長(高雄市)在「環境建設美化」參與程度最低,鄉村地區(台東縣)家長在「晨間時間支援」層面參與度最低。3.影響家長參與學校教育行為最具預測的因素是「工作時間長度」。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this research is to understand the current condition and the differences of parent’s education expectation, working hours, and parent involvement in schooling, whose children are first and third grade elementary school students in Kaohsiung City and Taitung County. Furthermore, the study is also to figure out the predictability that how the parent’s education expectation and working hours influences their school involvement. Questionnaire survey is the major research method conducted in this research. The total 1200 samples of 19 elementary schools are selected randomly in Kaohsiung City and Taitung County and conducted by the parents whose children are at fist and third grade. The returned rate of the questionnaires is 79.8%. After discarding the invalid questionnaires, there are 910 valid samples. The results of this research are as the following: 1. The parents of elementary schools in Kaohsiung City and Taitung County have the highest awareness toward “school activity involvement”, especially in the respect of major school activities. 2. The parents of elementary school students in Kaohsiung City have the lowest awareness of involvement in “environmental development and beautification.” Nevertheless, the parents of elementary school students in Taitung County have the lowest involvement in “teacher’s morning time assistance.”3. The “working hour awareness” plays the most influential key to expect parent’s school involvement. |
