英文摘要 | This paper examines the employees' perceptions about the ISO 9000 certification process in the UAE Telecommunication Company (Etisalat). It first examines the reasons for and the expectations from this certification process. Then, the main obstacles to this process are identified. This paper also examines the role of top management in this process. This will be helpful for Etisalat management to ensure a smooth implementation of ISO standards. It is also expected to be beneficial to other companies seeking to be ISO certified. |
