中文摘要 | 本計畫主要目的在於利用配電系統停限電運轉圖資管理系統(OMS),進行配電饋線損失之推估。目前臺電正積極推動停限電運轉圖資管理系統之建置,並於所區處陸續完成自動圖資及設備管理。當用戶來電話報告停電時,即可藉由網路架構及用戶連結關係,迅速將故障點定位及搶修,提升供電之可靠度。由於OMS系統能有效管理及維護配電系統圖資之準確度,本計畫為求提升配電系統損失分析之效能,將藉由介面程式之開發,擷取配電饋線之線路與變壓器資料,完成拓樸網路之連結關係,自動產生配電系統損失之輸入資料檔,配合饋線所屬用戶之售電量與抄表日,根據饋線當月總供電量,利用三相潮流分析程式,完成配電饋線每小時及當月負載潮流與饋線損失分析。由於北市區處完成建置之時間較早,自動圖資之準確度及相對較高,因此本計畫將以北市區處之饋線損失分析為研究重點。配電系統大部份用戶以表燈營業與表燈非營業(低壓住宅及商業)為主,由於隔月抄表之問題,導致配電系統之損失推估,出現相當不合理之現象,本計畫將根據全系統饋線當月總供電量,配合饋線長度與變壓器數量,進行全系統配電系統損失分析,此外亦將應用低壓用戶歷史售電量,完成配電系統當月售電量之推估,以有效提升配電系統損失分析之準確性。 |
英文摘要 | The objective of this project is to study the line loss of distribution feeders by applying the outstage management system (OMS). The OMS system has been implemented in Taipower districts to support the computerized mapping function as well as the outage management. The accuracy of the data base has been enhanced by updating the mapping system with the field engineer works. At trouble calls from customers, the distribution network configuration and customer connectivity will provide the capability for fault location to accelerate the repair process to improve service reliability. Basides, the distribution system loss analysis can be executed very effectively by retrieving the facility software for data retrieval from the OMS database. According to the connectivity analysis of line segments and distribution transformers, the input data files of three phase load flow simulation for loss analysis are generated automatically. Based on the customer power consumption and the actual meter reading date, the load demands of distribution transformers are derived to support the estimation of monthly feeder loss. The outage management system has already been implemented in Taipei District for several years, and the accuracy of OMS database has been significantly improved. This project will develop the model for distribution system loss analysis, which can be used to solve the loss analysis for all other districts in the future. For Taipower distribution system, the low tension residential and commercial customers contributes most portion of the whole customer body. With the meter reading once every two months, the actual monthy electricity supply of distribution feeders and the customer power consumption for billing purpose are very inconsistent. To solve the problem, the historical load patterns of low tension customers will be used to derive the monthly customer power consumption. This project will evaluate the distribution system power loss of whole Taipower system by considering the total power supply of all feeders and the total feeder length and distribution transformers. |
