中文摘要 | 本研究之主要目的,在於瞭解女子壘球國家代表隊球員,在國際性比賽中最常發生運動傷害原因及運動傷害之類型,以質性訪談、觀察法,現場調查2004年七場國際性比賽,以15名球員為研究對象,平均年齡25.33歲、身高164公分、體重64.77公斤。研究結果發現:(一)最常發生運動傷害原因依序為:熱身不足佔46.4%、過度使用佔26.8%、技巧錯誤佔20.1%、設施不佳佔6.7%(二)最常發生的運動傷害型態依序為:肌肉挫傷佔38.0%、肌肉拉傷佔26.7%、韌帶扭傷佔14.3%、肌腱發炎佔9.5%等。以在賽前熱身不足,比賽中以被球擊中、滑壘技巧方法不對、過度使用下造成運動傷害為主要因素。 「預防勝於治療,而預防就是最好的治療」國內女子壘球選才不易,一旦好的球員受傷很難替補對整隊戰力是有很大影響,研究結果希望提供國內相關單位、教練、選手參考重視。 |
英文摘要 | The main purpose of this research were to understand the most frequently causes and types of sports injuries on international match from national woman's softball teammates. This research method were quality interview, observing, and investigation seven international matches in 2004. The subjects were chosen 15 national softball teammates. Their were average 25.33 years old, 164 centimeters height, and 64.77 kilograms. The result of this research were as followings: (1) the causes that the injuries took place most frequently in order were not enough warming up tim (46.4%), overuse (26.8%), inappropriately skill (20.1%), and bad facilities (6.7%). (2) the types that the injuries s took place most frequently in order were muscle sprains (38.0%), muscle strains (26.7%), ligament sprain (14.3%), tendon inflammation (9.5%). Warm up insufficient before the match, hit by the ball, and incorrect steal base skill, and overuse body were the main factors in sports injuries. 'Prevent is better than treat, and prevention is the best treatment.' It is hard to select domestic woman softball athletes, once good athletes injured, it is difficult to substitute fighting, and it would influence whole team's capability. The results of this study wish to offer relevant unit, coach, and player to consult and attention. |
