中文摘要 | 本研究主要探討新竹市高中職學生之運動態度、運動價值觀及運動行為現況和不同統 計人口變項的新竹市高中職學生對運動態度、運動價值觀及運動行為之差異情形,及新竹 市高中職學生之運動態度、運動價值觀及運動行為之關係,並探討運動態度、運動價值觀 對於新竹市高中職學生運動行為的預測情形。本研究採問卷調查法以隨機取樣方式,對新 竹市高中職學生,男性730 人、女性180 人;一年級學生374 人、二年級學生282 人、三 年級學生254 人;有參加運動代表隊294 人、無參加運動代表隊616 人;有參加運動社團 536 人、無參加運動社團374 人,共910 人實施調查。所得資料以項目分析,因素分析, 描述性統計,獨立樣本t 考驗、單因子變異數分析,雪費法事後比較,皮爾遜積差相關及 多元回歸分析等統計方法處理,經分析與討論後的結果如下: 一、新竹市高中職學生擁有正面且良好的運動態度、運動價值觀及運動行為,運動態度以 運動利益因素構面最好,運動價值觀以身心發展因素構面最好,運動行為以規律運動 因素構面最好。 二、新竹市高中職男學生(M=4.15)運動態度優於女生(M=4.01),新竹市市高中職三年級學 生(M=4.15)運動態度優於一年級學生(M=4.05)、二年級學生(M=4.09) (p<.05),參加運 動代表隊(M=4.25)及參加運動社團(M=4.16)的新竹市高中職學生(p<.05)運動態度優 於未參加運動代表隊(M=4.07)及未參加運動社團(M=4.08)的學生(p<.05)。 三、新竹市高中職男學生(M=4.01)之運動價值觀優於女生(M=3.83),新竹市高中職三年級 學生(M=4.03)運動價值觀優於一年級學生(M=3.92)與二年級學生(M=3.95) (p<.05),參 加運動代表隊(M=4.10)及參加運動社團(M=4.03)的新竹市高中職學生運動價值觀優於 未參加運動代表隊(M=3.93)及未參加運動社團(M=3.92)的學生(p<.05)。 四、新竹市高中職男學生(M=4.14)之運動行為優於女生(M=3.99),新竹市高中職三年級學生 (M=4.18)運動行為優於一年級學生(M=4.04)與二年級學生(M=4.07) (p<.05),參加運動 代表隊(M=4.24)及參加運動社團(M=4.15)的新竹市高中職學生運動行為優於未參加運 動代表隊(M=4.06)及未參加運動社團(M=4.07)的學生(p<.05)。 五、運動態度與運動價值觀及運動行為,均成呈正相關。運動態度與運動行為之相關值 為r=.81;運動態度與運動價值觀之相關值為r=.81。 六、新竹市高中職學生運動態度及運動價值觀各構面,對運動行為之心理因素預測力為 90.1%。對運動行為之環境因素預測力為84.2%。對運動行為之規律運動因素預測力 為89%。對運動行為之生理運動因素之預測力為79.2%。 根據研究結果顯示運動態度與運動價值觀是學生運動行為的重要預測變項,研究中 亦發現運動態度、運動價值觀及運動行為受到性別、年級及參與運動代表隊與運動社團 經驗的影響,有關單位可從這些背景變項方面著手教育,以提升整體新竹市高中職學校 運動風氣。 |
英文摘要 | This research is destined to investigate the attitudes, values and behaviors of senior and vocational high school students in Hsin-Chu City and to investigate how different variables of statistic population affect the result and relationship between the attitudes, values and behaviors. It is also to investigate the condition of the attitudes and values of sports predicting the behaviors of senior and vocational high students in Hsin-Chu Random samples were taken and the questionnaires had been designed and passed to 910 senior and vocational high students in Hsin-Chu City. Among the 910 students, 730 students were males and 180 were females; 374 students were the first-graders, and 282 students were the second-graders and 254 were the third-graders; 294 students took part in the representative teams and 616 didn't; 536 students joined in sports clubs and 374 didn't. The data were processed through item analysis, factor analysis, descriptive statistic, independent-samples t-tests, one-way analysis of variance, Scheffe' Method, and Pearson product-moment correlation and Multiple Regression. After the analysis and discussion, the results are as follows: 1. Senior and vocational high students in Hsin-Chu have good attitudes, values and behaviors of sports. In attitudes, the benefits from sports take the lead; in values, the development of body and mind is on the lead; in behaviors, regular exercise is on top. 2. The attitudes of sports of the male students (M=4. 15) are better than those of the female ones (M=4. 01); the attitudes of the third-graders (M=4. 15) are better than those of the second-graders (M=4. 09) and first-graders (M=4. 05) (p< .05). The attitudes of the students who joined in the representative teams (M=4. 25) and sports clubs (M=4. 16) (p< .05) are better than those of those students who didn't(M=4. 07) (M=4. 08) (p< .05). 3. The values of sports of the male students (M=4. 01) are better than those of the female ones (M=3. 83); the values of the third-graders(M=4. 03) are better than those of the second-graders(M=3. 95) and first-graders(M=3. 92) (p< .05). The values of the students who joined in the representative teams (M=4. 10) and sports clubs (M=4. 03) (p< .05) are better than those of those students who didn't M=3. 93) (M=3. 92) (p< .05). 4. The behaviors of the male students M=4. 14) are better than those of the female ones (M=3. 99); the behaviors of the third-graders (M=4. 18) are better than those of the second-graders (M=4. 04) and first-graders M=4. 07) (p< .05). The behaviors of the students who joined in the representative teams (M=4. 24) and sports clubs (M=4. 15) (p< .05) are better than those of those students who didn't (M=4. 06) (M=4. 07) (p< .05). 5. The attitudes, values and behaviors of sports are actively relative. The relevant values of the attitudes and behaviors of sports are r=.81; the relevant values of the attitudes and values of sports are r=.81. 6. The attitudes and values of sports of senior and vocational high students in Hsin-Chu City have 90.1﹪predictive power over the mental factors of the behaviors of sports; 84.2 ﹪predictive power over the circumstances factors; 89﹪predictive power over the regular exercise factors; and 79.2﹪predictive power over the physical exercise factors of the behaviors of sports. The above research shows that the attitudes and values of sports are the most important predictive variables to the behaviors of sports. It also indicates that the attitudes, values and behaviors of sports are under the effect of sex, grade, participation in the representative teams and the experiences of sports clubs. The authorities concerned could embark on the education on the basis of these variables so as to improve the spirit of sports in senior and vocational high schools in Hsin-Chu City. |
