中文摘要 | 本研究考量在不同時空背景、科技發展與工作環境需求對臨床護理人員所應具備的資訊素養不同,故透過實證方式由護理主管角度,探討臨床護理人員職場需求之資訊素養,以提供醫院評估臨床護理人員職場需求之資訊素養參考。本研究主要針對某區域醫院護理主管共發放35份問卷,回收31份,有效回收率88.6%。研究結果顯示,職場導向之臨床護理人員資訊素養包含資訊知識、資訊技能與資訊態度三個構面,三個構面之內容可向下延伸為基本資訊科技概念、資訊安全、醫院資訊系統知識、電腦操作能力、資訊科技使用能力、網路基礎、應用資訊科技行為與應用資訊科技態度等八個類別。此外,在本研究所使用問卷的86題問項中,共有57項資訊素養達平均值4分以上,此57項將可作為後續發展臨床護理人員職場需求資訊素養之重要依據。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this study is to identify the essential components for informatics literacy (IL) for clinical nurses working in a regional hospital. Based on the results of literature reviews and expert panels, a research framework was proposed. The survey methodology was employed in a regional hospital, and the subjects are both senior administrators of nursing department and persons who are in charge of implementing Nursing Information Systems. A total of 35 copies of questionnaire were sent out and 31 copies were returned (response rate was 88.6%). The findings of this study indicate that three factors (informatics knowledge, informatics skills and computer attitudes) are the essential components of IL for clinical nurses. The first factor consists of three variables: concepts of basic information technology (IT), information security, and knowledge of using HIS. The second factor consists of three variables: the ability to operate computers, the ability to use information technology, and network basics. The thrid factor consists of two variables: behavior when using IT, and attitude towards applying IT. A total of fifty-seven items out of the original questionnaire (a total of eighty-six items) are included in the three factors, and the rest of twenty-nine items were not considered essential due to their average scores are less than 4 point, |
