英文摘要 | This paper was created from a review of literature and theoretical studies to search for the partnership between corporations and headhunting companies. According to the research, the factors that impact the relationship of outsourcing include commitment, dependence, trust and conflict. In the following essay, we aim at investigating the behavior of executive search outsourcing in firms by carrying out a theoretical discussion, as well as an empirical investigation following the headhunting industry in Taiwan. We expected the industry would be developed and operated healthier and provided the effective reference for the related field through integrating the above outcomes. |
