中文摘要 | 從各地採取之69個樣品中有27個含有脫氮性菌,其出現率約為39%,從全部樣品 中共檢出 42 株脫氮性菌,其中有 5 株為兼具硝化與脫氮性菌,有 5 株會與 Pseudomonas aeruginosa DNA 探針反應,而且有 2 株是兼具硝化與脫氮性菌。 在一般農作區土壤47個樣品中有22個含脫氮性菌,全部檢出28株脫氮性菌,其中有2株為兼 具硝化與脫氮性菌, 有 3 株會與 P. aeruginosa DNA 探針反應,而且有 1 株為兼具硝化 與脫氮性菌。在富含有機質 5 個樣品中全部未檢出有脫氮性菌。較貧瘠之土壤 6 個樣品中 只有 1 個含脫氮性菌, 全部只檢出 1 株脫氮性菌, 而且為兼具硝化與脫氮性菌,但不與 P. aeruginosa DNA 探針反應。在各種排放水之 4 個樣品中有 2 個含脫氮性菌,2 個樣品 中全部共檢出 8 株脫氮性菌, 其中一株為兼具硝化與脫氮性菌, 另有一株能與 P. aeruginosa DNA 探針反應。 在地表水及地下水之 7 個樣品中有 2 個含脫氮性菌,全部共 檢出 4 株脫氮性菌,其中有一株為兼具硝化與脫氮性菌,並能與 P. aeruginosa DNA 探針 反應。 樣品中含氮愈高者其總生菌數也會愈高,但不一定會含較多的脫氮性菌,反而在含氮量較低 的樣品中其脫氮性菌出現率較高。 由P. aeruginosa製作之DNA探針無法檢測出自然界中所有脫氮性菌,只能偵測出特殊幾種或 Pseudomonas屬之脫氮性菌。 |
英文摘要 | Twenty-seven of the 69 samples collected from various places containing the denitrifying bacteria, the distribution probability of denitrifying bacteria was about 39%. Forty-two strains of denitrifying bacteria were isolated from these 27 samples. Among the isolates denitrifing bacteria, Five strains were the nitrifier-denitrifier bacteria, 5 strains reacted with the DNA probe of Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and 2 of the DNA probe positive strains were the nitrifier-denitrifier bacteria. The general farming soil, 22 of the 47 samples contained the denitrifying bacteria. Twent-eight strains of denitrifying bacteria were isolated from these 22 samples. Among the isolated denitrifying bacteria, 2 strains were the nitrifier-denitrifier bacteria, 3 strains reacted with the DNA probe of P. aeruginosa, and 1 of the DNA probe positive strain was the nitrifier-denitrifier bacteria. Denitrifying bacteria were not detected in 5 samples of abound in organic compound, Only one of the 6 samples of poor soil contained the denitrifying bacteria. One strain was isolated from this 1 sample, it was the nitrifier-denitrifier bacteria but could not react with the DNA probe of P. aeruginosa. Two of the 4 samples from the wastewater treatment effluent contained the denitrifying bacteria, 8 strains of denitrifying bacteria were isolated from this 2 samples, in with 1 strain was the nitrifier-denitrifier bacteria, and 1 strain reacted with the DNA probe of P. aeruginosa. In 2 of the 7 samples of surface and ground water contained the denitrifying bacteria, 4 strains of the denitrifying bacteria were isolated from this 2 samples, in which 1 strain was the nitrifier-dentrifier bacteria, and reacted with the DNA probe of P. aeruginosa. The higher nitrogen content of the sample had the higher bacteria total count, but it was no the relationship between the distribution of denitrifying bacteria, on the contrary, the higher denitrifying bacteria was distributed in the lower nitrogen content samples. The denitrifying bacteria distributed in the nature cannot be all detected by the DNA probe from P. aeruginosa, only Pseudomonas or some special genus of denitrifying bacteria may be permitted to detect by this DNA probe. |
