中文摘要 | 在無積極減碳的政策下,全球運輸部門二氧化碳排放於2050年將達16.1Gt,為2010年的兩倍以上。自營性微藻培育不僅可減少二氧化碳,並且累積於微藻之油脂亦可將之用於生產生質柴油,近年來相當受到學術界及產業界的重視。然而由於目前微藻產油技術仍未達商業運轉規模,雖然此技術已逐漸放大至示範運轉規模,於實際商業運轉前仍有許多困難待突破。本篇研究回顧了國內外微藻產業近況、微藻產油技術及經濟評估,期望由目前的發展動態,規劃出未來的研究發展藍圖,做為公司發展微藻產油技術之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The global CO2 emission in the transportation sector will be reaching 16.1 Gt/yr in 2050, which is twice the amount of that emitted in 2010. In order to reduce the CO2 emission, several autotrophic microalgaes have been selected for laboratory and pilot tests, due to their ability to utilize and transform CO2 to lipid as an alternative feedstock for biodiesel production. Recently, many authors have investigated the strategies of how to cultivate the microalgae and accumulate the lipid in the biosynthesis. Although the algal oil production has its poteutial, it is still crucial to prove the feasibility of commercial production through conducting pilot demonstrations and early phase commercial trials in the future. This article has reviewed the recent developments in algal industry, aiming to provide an overview of microalgal technology. Additionally, the planned roadmap in microalgal technology will also be discussed. |
