中文摘要 | 本試驗以臺灣及由不同國家或地區收集的66個胡麻收集系為材料,檢測sesamin、sesamolin、γ-tocopherol及sesaminol triglucoside抗氧化物質含量,探討胡麻種原的抗氧化物質含量在收集系和栽培季節之變異性,以作為未來胡麻栽培或育種之參考。 春秋作胡麻抗氧化物質含量變方分析之結果顯示,所有抗氧化物質含量在收集系及栽培季節均呈現顯著差異,而收集系和栽培季節間交感效應也均達極顯著。春作的sesamin及γ-tocopherol含量高於秋作,seasamolin及seasaminol triglucoside含量則以秋作高於春作。 不同種皮顏色收集系的抗氧化物質平均含量有顯著差異,白色收集系的的sesamin,γ-tocopherol及seasaminol triglucosid平均含量較高,而褐色收集系則有較高的sesaminol平均含量。另外,不同收集地區收集系的抗氧化物質平均含量也有顯著差異,東南亞、臺灣、韓國及日本地區收集系分別有較高的sesamin、sesamolin、γ-tocopherol及seaminol triglucoside平均含量。 本研究已篩選出具較高抗氧化物質含量的胡麻收集系,這些收集系在今後進行胡麻品質改良工作時,可改善國內胡麻種子和油分的品質。 |
英文摘要 | The sixty-accessions collected from Taiwan and several countries (regions), and then analyzed the content of antioxidants, such as sesamin, sesamolin, γ-tocopherol and sesaminol triglucoside, in seed of each accession. The purpose of this study is that to investigate the variation of contents of antioxidants among accessions and between spring and fall cropping seasons in orders that to provide advices for sesame breeding and cultivation in the future. The ANOVA analysis result of antioxidants content indicates that the difference among accessions and between cropping seasons are both significant, and the interaction effect of crop season and accession is also significant. The seed sesamin and γ-tocopherol content of spring were higher than that of fall, whereas the seed sesamiolin and sesaminol triglucoside content of fall were higher than that of spring. There are significant differences in average contents of all antioxidants extracted from different colors of seed coat. In addition, the accessions with white seed-coat were rich in sesamin, γ-tocopherol and sesaminol trigulcoside, and the accession with brown seed-coat were rich in sesamolin. Otherwise, the average contents of all antioxidants among different accessions were significant different. Especially, the accessions collected form the Southeast, Taiwan, Korean and Japanese accessions were respectively rich ini sesamin, sesamolin, γ-tocopherol and sesaminol triglucoside. The present study had identified the sesame accessions with high antioxidant content. These accessions could be ultimate to improve the seed and oil quality in sesame breeding programs. |
