英文摘要 | Low coherence interferometry (LCI) is the basis of optical coherence tomography (OCT) and optical time-domain reflectometry (OTDR). We found that nitride-based white-light-emitting-diodes (WLEDs) with broadband emission could provide sub-micron spatial resolution in OCT or OTDR. In this article, we develop the WLED-based LCI systems. The resolution of 1.0 μm in the air and 370 nm in GaN were achieved. We also discuss some problems in the spectrum analysis of spectroscopic OCT (SOCT). We demonstrate that absorption spectrum analysis in the full-visible-wavelength-range can be achieved with OCT or OTDR. |
