中文摘要 | 科技的進步造就了無線時代的來臨,使得無線電子裝置於人們的生活產生了密不可分的相關,無線射頻辨識系統會被應用於醫療界的原因,有一部分是科技潮流的趨勢,一部分也是因為醫院為提升品質、效率等原因。現行的醫療作業,大都以紙本來紀錄病患資料,但長久以來醫院的紙本病歷已大幅的占據醫院的空間,醫院不會無止境的擴建空間來放置紙本病歷,久而久之這些病歷就成為管理上的問題。醫療院所常有效率、人力、醫療品質、醫療糾紛、申報、遺失率和隱私權上的問題,如醫療糾紛方面,在醫院的自我保護及醫師專業術語的混淆下,常常難以確切判斷誰對誰錯,此時病歷就顯的相當重要。另外,對於如何減少病歷的遺失率和增加隱私的保密性,以及醫護人員是否將病歷如期歸還,或是病歷室人員是否將病歷放置於正確的位置上,若能導入RFID的應用都可大幅降低病歷遺失的比例。因此,管理上必須追求效率和品質,而科技的發展快速讓RFID逐漸普級,各產業不斷導入RFID用於改善品質和效率。因此,我們將探討RFID可能應用於現今的病歷管理模式之雛型,讓醫院在病歷管理的實際運作模式中,利用 RFID代替原先人工作業,進行初步的實際模擬,在進一步探討導入RFID後的各種效益及導入的可能性。 |
英文摘要 | The advance of technology brings up the wireless era and hence the wireless devices play vital roles in our daily lives. The implementation of RFID in the medical institution arises from not only the technological trend but also the need of hospital to improve quality and efficiency. In present medical operating system, management of patient medical records is mostly relied on paperwork. Nevertheless, the huge amount of paper records occupies large spaces of hospital. Since it is not practical for a hospital to expand the space endlessly, there arises a problem to manage patient medical records. Why patient medical records play such an important role? It attributes to those problems easily found in medical institutions, such as inefficiency, shortage of human efforts, medical quality, medical disputes, insurance claims, losses of medical document, and lack of privacy. Take medical disputes for example, it is not easy to judge whose fault definitely, especially under the circum-stances of self-production by a hospital and patients' misunderstanding of professional terms. The most featured advantage of implementing RFID is lowering missing rate of patient medical records and increase patients' privacy. The advance of technology increases the widespread of RFID. More and more industries improve quality and increase efficiency through implementing RFID. We propose a model to apply RFID in medical institutions. A preliminary simulation is implemented to apply RFID to manage patient medical records, as a replacement of human efforts. Afterwards we observe the advantages of implementing RFID and analyze the posibility to apply this procedure. |
