中文摘要 | TFT-LCD(Thin-film transistor liquid-crystal display)即薄膜電晶體液晶顯示器,其面板可視為兩片玻璃基板中間夾著一層液晶,上下層的玻璃基板各分別與彩色濾光片 (Color Filter)及電晶體鑲嵌。當電流通過電晶體產生電場變化,造成液晶分子偏轉,藉以改變光線的偏極性,再利用偏光片決定畫素 (Pixel)的明暗狀態。此外,上層玻璃因與彩色濾光片貼合,形成每個畫素各包含紅藍綠三色,便構成面板上的影像。 液晶相介於固液相間,透過含氟液晶的個別液晶相行為,在不同溫度下進行固態 NMR測試實驗,分析並比較不同液晶相及液晶相與其他相的差異。 在本篇的研究主題中主要是探討 N相(向列相 )液晶的一種表現行為,藉由變溫控制固態核磁共振,來探討液晶分子在相與相的轉變中表現出的構型變化,藉此研究期望獲得液晶相轉變,甚至是 N相轉變之光譜資訊,進而得到更多有利的液晶分子。 |
英文摘要 | The TFT liquid crystal display(the thin-film transistor liquid-crystal display) is one dazzle product in present numerous industries; however, the nematic liquid crystal that is applicable to the TFT liquid crystal display must be the LCD numerator of containing the fluorine. This paper primarily focuses on inquiring solid nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum diagram of the LCD numerator containing fluorine in different temperatures . By such research, we would expect to search for the change of spectrum of the LCD numerator when it changes state. We make use of two techniques, one is the single pulse altogether of carbon, and the other is combining single pulse and crossing of carbon (CPMAS). We find the position of the fluorine will cause the temperature of N state and the revolving speed of the aromatic pit numerator to change. In fact, we find that the p-fluorine is faster than no connecting, and which doesn't connect fluorine is faster than m-fluorine. However, currently it is still a big problem. We intend to acquire the characteristic peak of N state by existing spectrum information, because the change of the spectrum exactly influences the result. So it needs further research. |
