中文摘要 | 本研究針對中部四縣、市中小學學校教師會幹部或會員,透過半結構式深度訪談,探討組織衝突原因及衝突管理策略。研究發現,衝突原因有 (1) 認知差異、(2) 角色差異、(3) 資源的稀少性、(4) 資源分配不公平、(5) 期望差異、(6) 缺乏行政能力與經驗、(7) 堅持己見、(8) 溝通障礙、(9) 顧慮同事顏面,擅自作主、(10) 質疑專業能力、(11) 管教歧見、(12) 家長會介入、干預學校運作。此外,教師會處理衝突方式有四,(1) 依法行政、(2) 重新調整人仕、(3) 理性說服、(4) 尋求第三方的介入與協助。 |
英文摘要 | This research analyzes the Organizational Conflict causes, based on half structural deep interviews of Central Taiwan elementary and junior high school teachers' organization. The findings are following. First, the conflict causes are the difference of cognition, the difference of roles, the scarcity of resources, unfair of the distribution of resources, the difference of expect, lack of administration ability and experiences, the insistence of personal opinion, the difficulties of communication, the arbitrary decision, question of the academic ability, the diversity of education, and the intervention of Student Parents' Organization into the school. Besides, there are four way of intervention into conflicts by Teachers' Organization, administration by rule or law, re-allocation of Personels, persuasion by reasoning, and looking for the third part's intervention. |
