中文摘要 | 研究中應用控制理論包含前饋控制與迴授控制推導出CNC工其機控制系統模型,利用系統控制模型模擬分析出各個伺服控制參數與系統控制精度之關係,觀察其特性與趨勢,作為參數調校最佳化的依據,此外,考慮禍合效應,也發展一套以NCDBlock為主的電腦輔助參數調校系統已進行參數組合最佳化調校,並於實際CNC工具機進行驗證。所探討的參數包括伺服參數位置迴路增益Kp、速度迴路伺服參數積分增益K[與比例增益K2與前饋控制參數α之特性。實際驗證則以CNC工具機為主進行不同進給速度下之伺服驗證。實驗中應用雷射干涉儀量測出位置響應圖、速度響應圖以及加速度響應圖並搭配振動加速規與運動加速規作比較觀察運動加速度值與作動軸x、y、z方向之振動加速度值;位置響應分析指標為最短上升時間、最少超越量、與最小定位誤差(穩態誤差);速度響應分析指標為穩態速度控制誤差。實驗結果證實所推導之控制模型符合實際系統反應特性,所搜尋之最佳參數組合亦提供較佳的伺服控制結果。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, the servo control mode1 of CNC machine tools including feed-forward contro1 and feedback control was derived to analyzethe control characteristics of the control parameters with respect to the machine's servo accuracy. The ana1ysis results are used as the reference for parameter tuning optimization. In addition, considering the coupling effects,“NCD BOLCK" in MA TLAB Simu1ink was employed to bui1d a computer-aided tuning system to determine the optimal combination of the control parameters. The contro1 parameters discussed in this study include position 100p proportional gain, velocity loop proportional gain, velocity loop integral gain, and feedforward control parameter alpha gain etc. Experiments on a CNC machine were conducted to verify both ofthe control model and the developed parameter tuning system. Laser interferometer, motion accelerometer, and vibration accelerometer were used to on-line measure the transìtion and steady-state responses of travellength and vibration in X, Y, Z directions. Accurate positioning with minimum overshoot and less vibration is the goal of the optimal parameters. The experimental results have shown that the optimal control parameters combination determined by the developed system offers better servo control for the CNC machine. |
