中文摘要 | 操作狀況下之振形(Operational Deflection Shapes, ODS),是結構體或運轉機 器在某一特定頻率下之運動型態。藉著ODS的量測可以直接得出結構體或運轉機器之絕對運 動量,一般均針對其在正常操作狀況下執行。ODS提供了非常有用的訊息,可以瞭解及評估 運轉機器及其元件或整個結構系統的動態行為,對工程師在振動與噪音控制、減少結構疲勞 或破壞、與故障診斷及排除(Diagnosis and Trouble Shooting)等相關問題上助益甚大。 本文以一實際45kW直流馬達在正常操作狀況下,利用量測其頻率反應函數與自功率頻譜 (Frequency Response Function / Auto Power Spectrum, FRF/APS),以計算此馬達操作狀 況下之反應資料頻譜(Response Data Spectrum, RDS),而由此頻譜估算馬達之絕對運動量 及其ODS之動畫(Animation),並探討引起其振動與噪音之主要原因,進而提出有效的防治方 法。 |
英文摘要 | The Operational Deflection Shape (ODS) designates the motion pattern by which a structure or a rotary machine vibrates under a specific operating condition. ODS can be measured directly by relatively simple means. The analysis is most often done with the structure or the rotary machine in their normal operating conditions. They provide useful information for understanding and evaluating the absolute dynamic behavior of machinery. The ODS may also help an engineer to cure vibrations, noises, loosen fatigue, wear or related problems by making optimeal modifications of the structure. In this paper, we will study the ODS measurements of a 45 kW DC motor in its normal operating conditions. The Frequency Response Function / Auto Power Spectrum (FRF/APS) technique is used to evaluate the response data spectrum (RDS), absolute motion and ODS animation of the motor. We then use these information to propose structure modifications of the 45 kW DC motor for the vibration and noise control. |
