中文摘要 | 本文論述了研究不公正和不公正感對於爭取社會公正的重大意義,並針對中國大陸爭取社會公正的實踐問題,提出了若干倫理學和道德教育的對策。在當代社會,對不公正現象施以矯正,是通向社會公正的重要途徑。從歷史上看,不公正是原生的,而公正是次生的。人們對不公正的鑑別力和意識,是其社會公正思想的核心內容,在一定條件下可以轉化,爭取社會公正的強大的道德動力。 政治權力可能蛻變?社會不公正現象的淵源,諸如目前尚嚴重存在的「封建裙帶關係」、「權錢交易」、「金錢政治」等等。為了防止因政治權力的腐化而導致的社會不公正,必須大力發展人民民主,加強民主的法制化建設,捨此別無他途。而民主的法制化,是當代社會公正的基本要求和基本保障。 在中國大陸的傳統文化背景下,尤其要在全社會廣泛認真地進行人權道德觀的教育,這將有助於人們判別社會現實的公正與否,因而是動員全社會爭取社會公正的有效對策之一。在本文提出的如何推動此項倫理教育的諸多建議中,教育各級官員確立人權觀念、切實尊重人權,對於矯正或預防社會不公正具有特殊意義。 |
英文摘要 | This paper proposes a practical strategy for social justice in Mainland China, starting with discussion of injustice. It is precisely the rectification of injustice that may be the most important clue towards establishing social justice today. In fact, injustice is primitive and justice is secondary. The sense of injustice, which is at the core of our ideas about justice, would become a forceful impetus to social justice. Political power can be so used as to degenerate into a general source of injustice, such as "feudal female relatives", "exchange between power and money", and "moneyed politics". To prevent the degeneration of power, there seems to be no other way than developing and legalizing people's democracy. Democracy and its legalization are held up as one of the requirements of social justice today. Against the background of traditional culture in Mainland China, it is the sound strategy for pursuit of social justice to take education on human rights seriously, which can help people tell injustice from social justice. Among the suggestions about the moral education, it is of primary importance to educate officials or power-holders to value human rights of the people. |
