中文摘要 | 藥用植物是傳統醫藥最主要之基礎,栽培藥用植物地區遍及大陸與台灣各地。近年來由於發現大部分的化學合成藥劑難免都有副作用,而且對於幾種慢性疾病如老化、癌症、肝炎、高血壓及糖尿病等,仍不能提出有效根治之道,因此傳統醫藥的價值與重要性,也再度引起世人的普遍注意。台灣自然環境十分優越,植物資源相當豐富。但近年來因開墾快速, 台灣許多濕地遭受破壞, 使得多種濕地植物遭受瀕臨滅絕危機,其中不乏可資利用之珍貴生藥資源,可供藥用及保健利用,因此對於濕地藥用植物調查刻不容緩,利用濕地藥用植物的抗氧化活性分析,根據其資料,評估濕地藥用植物在保健食品的應用上。本計畫擬出版台灣濕地藥用植物圖鑑和進行30 種台灣濕地藥用植物抗氧化分析,利用水萃物和甲醇萃物分析其抗氧化活性,並分析其多酚類、類黃酮和黃酮醇成分多寡。由結果發現其中水豬母乳(Rotala rotundifolia (Wallich ex Roxb.) Koehne)、燈心草(Juncus effusus L. var. decipiens Buchen.)、泥花草(Lindernia antipoda (L.)Alston)、蒲黃(Typha orientalis Presl)、碎米莎草(Cyperus iria L.)和水柳(Salix warburgii O. Seem.)等濕地植物,其抗氧化物和多酚類成分均具不錯之效果和含量。因此建議可以廣泛種植濕地藥用植物如: 水豬母乳、燈心草、泥花草、蒲黃、碎米莎草和水柳等濕地植物,可提供為未來於抗氧化之保健食品開發時之參考。 |
英文摘要 | The medicinal plant is the foundation of the traditional medicine. The medicinal plants cultivated in the mainland and Taiwan. In recent years, the chemical medicament has the side effect unavoidably. Moreover, the several kind of disease like agings, cancer, hepatitis, hypertension and diabetes and so on, still could not the effective controlled. Therefore, the value and importance of traditional medicine also attract to people's attention once again. The Taiwan natural environment is very superior and the plant resources are quite rich. But in recent years, the earth was reclaimed fast and many wetlands suffered the destruction in Taiwan. Many kinds of wetland plants suffered to be on the verge of extinction. Many plants might be used the precious medicinal resources and might supply for medicinal plants and the health foods. Therefore, we investigated the wetland medicinal plants and then analyzed the antioxidant activity. According to its results, we evaluated that the wetland medicinal plants applied to the health foods. The plan is aimed to publish an illustrated handbook about the Taiwan wetland for medicinal plants and carries on 30 kinds of Taiwan wetland medicinal plant antioxidantive analysis. We used water and methanol extracts to analyze its antioxidant and its polyphenols, flavanones and the flavonols. In the result we discovered that, Rotala rotundifolia (Wallich ex Roxb.) Koehne, Juncus effusus L. var. decipiens Buchen.、 Lindernia antipoda (L.) Alston, Typha orientalis Presl, Cyperus iria L. and Salix warburgii O. Seem., their antioxidant activities and the contents of total polyphenols are very good. Therefore, we suggested that the wetland of the medicinal plant may widely be planted, and provide the references for the development of health foods in the future. |
