中文摘要 | 水性聚胺基甲酸酯分散液是以聚酯多元醇與基材加入二異氰酸酯(Diisocyanate),聚醚多元醇及2,2甲基醇基丙酸(2,2-dimethoxyl propinic acid)合成預聚合紗,再分散至水中。研究結果發現,分散液粒徑變化與原料中聚酯多元醇之種類選取無關,但是物性(伸長率與模數)變化卻與聚酯多元醇的結晶度有關,再則不同架橋劑對分散液粒徑大小有明顯的變化。 |
英文摘要 | Polyurethane dispersion containing carboxylate as anion centers were synthesized from isophorne diisocyanate, polyester polyol, polyethylene gly-col and dimethoxlos propionic acid. From experimental results, it revealed that the particle sizes of PU dispersions were independent of the types of polyester polyols used, mechanical properties were proportional to the crys-tallization of polyester polyols. It also found that long-chain and high-molec-ular-weight polyamine as curing agent was better than ethylene diamine. |
