中文摘要 | 本篇旨在探討國內外師資培育機構或學者對數理資優師資培育的意見。首先闡述國內數理資優班師資上面臨不合格資優師資比例過高的弊病;接著說明數理資優師資培育的現況、提出國內外機構與學者研究後認為數理資優師資應具備哪些能力,最後研究者分別從學科知識、一般教學知識、課程知識、學科教學知識、對學習者及其特徵的知識、對教育脈絡的知識及專業責任七方面,提出數理資優教師應具備的重要知能。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of the article is to examine opinions of scholars or teacher education institutions both foreign country and in Taiwan on teacher education for science/mathematics gifted programs. The problems of high percentages of teachers no certificated in gifted science/mathematics classrooms in Taiwan are considered. The current status of teacher education in science/mathematics gifted education in Taiwan is then reviewed. Abilities expected of science and mathematics teachers of the gifted are suggested according to studies conducted by domestic and foreign scholars and institutions. Finally, knowledge and skills that science/mathematics teachers in gifted programs should possess are proposed based on content knowledge, general pedagogical knowledge, curriculum knowledge, pedagogical content knowledge, knowledge of learners and their characteristics, knowledge of educational contexts, and responsibilities. |
