中文摘要 | 當前,很多教育考試機構都在積極拓展評價服務,以適應創新型國家建設對人才培養的要求和應對國際人才競爭的挑戰,以及順應當前教育改革發展的迫切需要。在“促進學生學習”的價值取向下,教育考試機構拓展評價服務,一方面可以面向學校或學生個體,從以下三方面開展教與學評價,直接促進學生學習:1)挖掘利用現有的教育考試數據信息,合理發揮其教學評價功能;2)開發診斷個體學習的評價項目,輔助學生持續、主動地改進學習;3)提升現有大規模考試的評價內涵,使其更好地發揮教與學導向功能。另一方面可以面向教育管理部門,從以下兩方面開展系統評價,爲促進學生學習提供保障:1)保障基礎教育質量,開展學業質量監測;2)保障教育體系成效,開展教育方案或政策評價。教育考試機構拓展評價服務需要積極實施“基於標準”的評價,確保評價與課程和教學相互協調,共同引領學生的發展。 |
英文摘要 | Most of educational examination authorities are actively expanding assessment service in order to meet the need of modern talents training against the background of constructing an innovative country, to cope with the international talent competition, and to comply with the urgent requirement of educational reformation. To improve learning, the educational examination authorities, through conducting their assessment service, can provide services for two groups of clients. One is school or individual student, for whom educational examination authorities could provide such assessment service on teaching and learning to improve learning directly in three aspects, as follows:1) use the available educational test data and explore its function of assessing the teaching and learning; 2) Develop the assessment project on individual learning diagnosis to help students take the initiative in improving their learning; 3)Expand the connotation of assessment on large-scale examination to further guide teaching and learning; The other is educational administrative sectors of government, for whom educational examination authorities could provide such assessment service to ensure improving learning in two fields, namely: 1) Monitor educational progress to ensure its quality; 2) Evaluate educational program and policy to ensure the effect of educational system. To expanding assessment service, educational examination authority should actively carry out standards-based assessment, so as to keep assessment, teaching and curriculum coinciding and to guide students’ progress. |
