中文摘要 | 目的:比較青少年軟式網球選手有屈光不正配戴框架眼鏡(ER組),與無屈光不正者組(NER組)在運動視覺之表現。方法:共48位青少年軟式網球選手參與研究,ER組、NER組各24位,研究使用Canon CV-20桌上型自動靜止視力檢查儀測量其靜止視力,並以電動式深度知覺檢測儀測量深度知覺及Athlevision運動視覺軟體測量水平動體視力、垂直動體視力、整體動體視力、眼球運動、周邊視力與瞬間視力。採獨立樣本t檢定、無母數獨立樣本Mann-Whitney test比較兩組的差異。結果:研究統計顯示部分的運動視覺參數:深度知覺25 mm/sec近至遠、垂直動體視力、整體動體視力、周邊視力與瞬間視力等皆是NER組顯著優於ER組。結論:青少年軟式網球選手有屈光不正者,雖然已配戴框架眼鏡矯正視力,其運動視覺仍不及無屈光不正選手,顯示框架眼鏡矯正只能提高靜態視力,無法完全提高運動視覺能力表現。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose: The purpose of the current study is to compare sport visions between soft tennis adolescent athletes with and without eye refractive errors (ER or NER group). Methods: Forty-eight subjects (24 in each group) participated to this study. Canon CV-20 static acuity tester, Takei KiKi electric depth perception tester, and Athlevision Sports Vision Software were used to measure static visual acuity, depth perception, dynamic visual acuity, eye movement, peripheral vision, and momentary vision. Independent t tests and Mann-Whitney tests were used to test the difference between the two study groups. Result: Depth perception (25 mm/sec) from near to far, vertical dynamic acuity, overall dynamic acuity, and peripheral and momentary vision of NER group were significantly better than ER group. Conclusion: Although the static visual acuity was corrected to 1.0 by wearing eyeglasses among adolescent soft tennis atheletes, their sports vision is still weaker than that of athletes without refractive error. This result shows that eyeglasses can only improve static visual acuity, but not sports vision in general. As vision ability is extremely essential to athlete's performance in high- speed ball games, further studies are suggested to explore the effects of different means to correct static visual acuity on sport vision. The finding can provide coaches impacts and insights of different means to correct static visual acuity for adolescent soft tennis athletes with refractive errors. |
