中文摘要 | 本文將介紹建築基地位於大屯山火山系山麓與鄰近淡水河流域地帶遭遇疏鬆砂性土層、安山岩塊層、沉積岩層與地下受壓水、潮汐影響時,地下室開挖構築設計所需考慮之因素及施工上採取相關之措施,以克服疏鬆砂性土層易崩坍、地層軟硬程度差異大、安山岩塊層與岩層深度變化大及淡水河潮汐升降、地下受壓水對連續壁工程與壁樁工程施作之困難性。本施工實例基地位於台北捷運系統淡水線關渡車站與竹圍車站間之民族路上,規劃興建地上二十九層、地下五層,地下室開挖構築採逆打方式施作,擋土結構為連續壁,逆打基樁為矩形壁樁,配合內扶壁作為減少連續壁變形量與逆打最下層開挖支撐之用。為確認壁樁深入安山岩塊層與岩層之承載力,基地內先施作矩形承壓試驗壁樁,以週邊連續壁作為試樁之反力錨樁,並以此試樁結果修正逆打矩形壁樁之設計。 |
英文摘要 | This article describe the major factors of the basement design and construction of a new high and deep excavation building located near the dormant volcano and the river basin. The characteristics of the site geology are high ground water table(or high ground water pressure),tide,loose non-clayey sand stratum and andesite boulder deposit. The main tasks(challenges) of construction basement diaphragm wall were ensured the stability of loose non-clayey sand stratum when it encountered the andesite boulder deposit and high water pressure, overcomed the difficulty of excavation huge andesite boulder and sandy rock. The project was planed a 29 story high building with 5 stories basement. The building basement was constructed by top-down method. The diaphragm wall with buttress was selected as retaining wall system and the barrette piles embedded in steel posts were used as top-down method’s load supporting column. A pile test for the barrette pile was conducted in the field by peripheral diaphragm wall as reaction anchoring system. |
