中文摘要 | 植物組織培養為生產天然香味化合物之潛力方法。本研究擬建立生產白玉蘭香味 之植物組織培養系統並探討影響癒合組織誘導之因子。將培植體培養於添加 2mg/l BA 和 2 mg/l GA 的木本植物培養基( woody plant media ),可誘發白玉蘭癒合組織之生長。 除 了生長賀爾蒙之種類及濃度外, 基礎培養基及培植體之種類亦會影響癒合組織之形成。 以 1/2MS 基礎培養基培養嫩葉培植體時,可獲得生長良好之白玉蘭癒合組織。 |
英文摘要 | Plant tissue culture has been regarded as a potential technique to produce flavor compounds. Development of a tissue culture system from Michelia alba DC. and the factors affecting the callus induction were investigated. Callus tissues were obtained on the surface of woody plant media supplemented with 2 mg/l BA (6-benzylaminopurine) and 2 mg/l GA (gibberellin). In addition to varieties and concentrations of growth regulators, parameters influencing the callus formation included types of basal media and explants. Callus induced from young leaves explants proliferated readily on 1/2 MS media. |
