中文摘要 | 本研究使用X光探討靜態姿勢下腰帶對脊椎曲度之影響。受試者共有12位年輕男性 ,並按照廠商所提供的腰帶穿戴方式綁上腰帶。實驗設計為 32 部份因子平衡設計。每一受 試者從側面照三張 X 光。 靜態姿勢包括直立站姿、直立坐姿與坐姿屈曲 15 度三個水準。 腰帶則包括腰椎腰帶、骨盆腰帶與沒有繫腰帶三種。結果顯示姿勢對腰椎曲度改變非常顯著 ( p < 0.001 )。 就站姿而言兩種腰帶都增加腰薦椎夾角( LSA ),但坐姿時減少腰薦 椎夾角。 腰帶對第一腰椎與第三腰椎之夾角( L1 ﹣ L3 )有顯著影響( p < 0.05 ), 對第五腰椎與第一薦椎之夾角( L5 ﹣ S1 )有影響,但未達顯著水準。此外,研究結果發 現不同腰帶對腰椎曲度影響不同,腰部腰帶對 L5 ﹣ S1 夾角改變較大,而骨盆腰帶則是在 L1 ﹣ L5,兩者對腰椎之影響機制似乎不同。一般而言,坐姿時腰椎曲度減少,相對地會增 加椎間盤壓力。因此,上述兩種腰帶可能不適宜坐姿工作。 |
英文摘要 | With the aid of radiographs, the effect of belts on the lumbar curvature under static posture was investigated in this study. Twelve young males participated in this experiment and the belt was wrapped in accordance with the manufacturers' specification. A 32 fractional factorial balanced design was applied during this experiment. The radiograms were taken for each subject under three postures (erect standing, erect sitting, and 15-degree forward sitting) with different belts (lumbar, pelvis, and no-belt) based on the design. The results showed that the effect of posture was statistically significant on all intervertebral angles. Comparing with the results of no-belt, the lumbosacral angle (LSA) was increased with the belts in standing, but decreased when sitting. The belts had the significant influence on the angle between the first lumbar vertebra (L1) and the third lumbar vertebra (L3):L1-L3, while a minor influence on the angle between the fifth lumbar vertebra (L5) and the first sacral vertebra (S1):L5-S1. In addition, the results also showed that the effect of different belts on lumbar curvature varied. It was found that a large change on L5-S1 angle appeared for wearing lumbar belt, but on L1-L5 angle for pelvic belt. The reason seemed to be that the belt function was influenced by the type of belts used. As generally known, the intradiscal pressure was inversely increased with the lumbar lordosis. Therefore, the both belts used in this study seemed to be not suitable for sitting work. |
