中文摘要 | 本研究的主要目的有:(1)比較高、低成就動機者設定目標難度的差異;(2)探討目標難度和自我效能是否能影響學生的運動表現。本研究以德明技術學院二年制專科部未曾修過桌球的學生為研究的受試者,共有69名。所有的受試者依其自設目標分為困難目標、中等目標和容易目標三組。本研究所使用的工具,除桌球器材外,另有自設目標問卷、自我效能量表及運動成就動機量表。收集的資料分別以描述統計、獨立樣本二因子變異數分析等統計方法進行分析。研究結果發現:(1)高成就動機組比低成就動機組設定較高的目標難度;(2)目標難度和自我效能對後測的運動表現沒有交互作用影響;(3)中等目標組的運動表現高於容易目標組和困難目標組;(4)高自我效能組比低自我效能組有較好的運動表現。最後,本研究也對後續研究提出一些建議。 |
英文摘要 | The purposes of this study were (1) to test the effect of goal difficulty and self-efficacy on students' sport performance; (2) to compare the difference of pretest, mid-test and posttest sport performance separately among difficult goal group, moderate goal group, and easy goal group. There were 69 subjects recruited from Tak-Ming College of Business. All subjects were volunteers and were divided into three groups: difficult goal group, moderate goal group, and easy goal group. The instruments administered to the subjects were table tennis equipment and supplies, self-efficacy inventory, and self-set goal questionnaire. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, and two-way ANOVA. The findings of this study were: (1) There was no interaction effect of goal difficulty and self-efficacy on mid-test and posttest sport performance. (2) The posttest sport performance of moderate goal group was better than those of easy goal group and difficult goal group. (3) The posttest sport performance of high self-efficacy group was better than that of low self-efficacy group. (4) The goal set by high achievement motivation group was more than that of low achievement motivation group. Some suggestions are proposed in term of the further research. |
