中文摘要 | 以陶斯松為供試藥劑,藉著監測不同時間內魚體及水體中陶斯松殘留量的變化,探討低長效性有機 磷殺蟲劑在鯉魚(Cyprinus carpio)體內的累積性。試驗在室內及田間兩種水生環境中進行,每個試 驗的時間為192小時。處理劑量分別為陶斯松40.8% 乳劑對鯉魚96小時急毒性值(0.1 mg/l)的1/10和1/100。試驗結果顯示,陶斯松施用於水中後,水中的殘留量隨處理時間而逐漸降低,在田間環境下較室內環 境消退得快。而在有鯉魚存在時,水中陶斯松的殘留量在24小時內即低於偵測界限。試驗開始後24小時內,陶斯松在魚體內的累積量達最高峰。估算試驗開始後3小時魚體中陶斯松的生物濃縮係數,室內處理組為244-389、田間處理組為90-96,顯示陶斯松會迅速累積在魚體內,至試驗結束時,暴露在 不同處理環境下的魚體,均仍有陶斯松的殘留存在。 |
英文摘要 | By using chlorpyrifos as a testing chemical to investigate the accumulation of this low-persistence organophosphorus insecticides to common carp (cyprinus carpio) by monitoring their residue in both fish's body and water in vary environments. The test were proceed both in laboratory and outdoor aquaria and test period was 192 hours. Acute toxicity values (LC �t) of chlorpyrifos 40.8% EC to common carp in 96 hours was 0.1 mg/L. Exposing common carp in chlorpyrifos LC�t value between 1/10 and 1/100 amounts. The test shows the residue will be decreasing by its treatment time and it will be decreasing faster in outdoor environment than laboratory environment. If fish is there the residue in the water will below its' detection limits during twenty-four hours. When the test begins during twenty four hours the chloryprifos accumulation in the fish body will be up to its' top amounts after three hours by estimate the chloryprifos bioconcentration factor in fish's body laboratory treatment is 244-389, and outdoor treatment is 90-96. The test shows chloryprifos will be accelerated accumulation in the fish's body and after this test there is still existing chlorpyrifos residue in fish's body on both laboratory environments and outdoor environments treatment. |
