中文摘要 | 本研究旨在發展具有華人特色的續導行為量表。研究者以文件分析法,發掘中國典籍中最深層的領導思想,以「情」、「理」、「法」三維空間為思考方向,建構「親情式」、「教導式」、「威權式」三種領導架構。經由題項發展,共獲得三十六個題項,做為本研究預試量表。預試量表對服務業212位員工施測,瞭解員工對其主管之領導感受,經由項目分析後有三十五個題項達到量表要求之標準。 研究者再以分層隨機抽樣法,抽取服務業1106位員工為有效樣本,進行正式量表的信度、因素分析和建構效度之考驗,其結果皆達理想標準。本量表可做為學術界和實務界領導行為的有效評量工具。 |
英文摘要 | The purpose of this research was to establish Chinese style leadership inventory. Documentary analysis was first used to set up the framework of a parent, a mentor and a monarch of the Chinese leadership roles. 36 questions were created to conduct a pilot test from 212 employees of service industries. Stratified random sampling based on four industries was introduced to get 1106 valid samples, and Cronabachs’α, factor analysis and linear structural relations model were tested on the overall reliability and validity. The result of the fitness in inventory is excellent and the Chinese style leadership inventory for service industry can be a good instrument to evaluate leadership behaviors. |
