中文摘要 | 本研究以超高效液相層析串聯式質譜儀(UPLC/MS/MS)建立一簡便且快速的方 法,可同時分析化粧品中Betamethasone、Clobetasol propionate、Cortisone acetate、 Dexamethasone、Dexamethasone phosphate、Hydrocortisone、Methylprednisolone、 Prednisolone、Prednisone、Triamcinolone等10種常見類固醇成分。檢體以50%乙腈 水溶液溶解後,經UPLC BEH C-18 層析管柱(2.1 × 100 mm,1.7 μm),採用0.1% 甲 酸水溶液及乙腈為移動相作梯度沖提,並以多重反應監測模式(Multiple Reaction Monitoring,MRM)偵測,10種成分標準曲線線性範圍為0.1-2.0 μg/mL,標準曲線係 數r 2皆為0.9966以上。同日間及異日間試驗之相對標準偏差均小於11.3%。添加回收 試驗結果,回收率介於87.8-108.5%,相對標準偏差均小於4.9%。定量極限之評估分 別為1.0及2.0 μg/mL。 |
英文摘要 | In this study, we used a UPLC/MS/MS to setup a specific and rapid method for ten steroids and quantification in cosmetics. The steroids were betamethasone, clobetasol propionate, cortisone acetate, dexamethasone, dexamethasone phosphate, hydrocortisone, methylprednisolone, prednisolone, prednisone and triamcinolone. The samples were dissolved in 50% Acetonitrile and analyzed. We used a BEH C-18 (I.D. 2.1 mm × 100 cm, 1.7 μm) column with 0.1% formic acid solution and acetonitrile as eluent under gradient program. The concentration range of standards were 0.1-2.0 μg/mL. The correlation coefficients, r2 of regression equations of standard curves were all above 0.9966. The average recoveries of the steroids spiked in samples were 87.8-108.5%, and the relative standard deviations of average recoveries were all less than 4.9%. The limit of quantification were 1.0 and 2.0 μg/mL, respectively. |
