中文摘要 | 本文旨在研究應用於綠色能源電能轉換之直流-直流轉換器。本轉換器係整合一升壓型直流-直流轉換器及一切換電感型直流-直流轉換器作單級化控制。本轉換器具有高升壓比之優點,且輸入電流具有連續性可降低輸入電流漣波。本轉換器使用脈波寬度調變技術,前後兩半級皆作連續導通模式控制。本轉換器之後半級為一切換電感型,採用兩相同電感量之電感。在切換開關導通時,兩電感作並聯儲存能量。在切換開關截止時,此兩電感作串聯釋放能量。本文中將詳細討論本轉換器之操作原理及穩態分析。最後,作電腦模擬以驗證本轉換器之性能。 |
英文摘要 | This paper presents a DC-DC converter, which integrates a DC-DC boost converter with a switched-inductor DC-DC converter. This converter can achieve high step-up voltage gain and provides continuous input current. The two semi-stage of proposed converter are operated in continuous conduction mode. In the rear semi-stage of proposed converter, two inductors with the same level of inductance are used to be the switched inductor. These two inductors are charged in parallel during ON period and are discharged in series during OFF period. The operating principle and steady-state analysis are discussed. Finally, the computer simulation is done to verify the performance of proposed converter. |
