英文摘要 | The purpose of the study is to investigate the content of practical knowledge and the factors that influence the development of practical knowledge of an elementary school special education teacher. This study uses qualitative research methods, which include interviews and documentary analysis. The results of the study concluded: 1. The contents of the elementary school special education teacher's practical knowledge include general pedagogy, classroom management, and interaction with students, colleagues as well as parents; 2. The factors that can influence the development of the elementary school special education teacher's practical knowledge include: professional training from a teacher's center, the interaction between theory and practice as well as interaction with colleagues and friends in school. |
