中文摘要 | 由於無線通訊的使用量與重要性日漸增加,使得對無線通訊電路的要求,也跟著增加。而在射頻收發機(transceiver)的系統中,本地振盪器所提供之訊號的好壞對整體射頻收發機系統的影響很大,所以使震盪器效能提升是我們要努力的方向。 本篇中所設計之back-gate coupled四相位壓控振盪器(Quadrature VCO)電路以臺灣積體電路(TSMC)0.18μm CMOS 1P6M的製程技術來製作,量測的結果為在中心頻率為4.77GHz,在中心頻率偏移1MHz處得到相位雜訊(phase moise)為-123.07dBc/Hz,並提供1.8V電壓得到的消耗功率為31.2mW。 |
英文摘要 | Quadrature voltage-controlled oscillator (QVCO) is considered a crucial component for wireless communication and radio frequency (RF) transceivers in recent years Quadrature signal generators play a key role in many radio frequency (RF) transceivers The low phase noise and wide-band oscillator have been designer's goals pursued all the time. The back-gate coupled QVCO circuit is fabricated by using TSMC 0.18μm CMOS 1P6M technology. The measured phase noise at 1MHz offset frequency from the oscillation frequency 4.77GHz is -123.07dBc/Hz, using 1.8V power supply, and consuming the power of 31.2mW. |
