中文摘要 | 五、五號扁鋼胚連鑄機電氣控制系統改造,配合二號高爐大修,於民國94年10月至翌年1月底陸續施工試車完成,本工程控制系統之軟體計,五號機因配合鑄道、模振及模變機械備改造,其相關控制由VAI(奧地利)負責外,其餘控制系統則由中鋼公司自行負責,四號機則除模變之控制外,均由中鋼自行發展,在操作維護、設計及施工等單位通力合作之下,順利圓滿完成設備改造更新。改造後除了設備煥然一新外,整體功能大幅提升與改良,對生產及維護作業將有非常顯著的助益,從本文中可以了解變造不只是改造,而且是集體經驗與創意的整合與結晶。 |
英文摘要 | In conjugation with the revamping schedule of the No.2 blast furnace, the no.4 & 5 slab continuous casters were revamped and completed commissioning from Oct.2005 to Jan. 2006. The electrical control systems for stand, mold vibration, mold width adjustment of no.5 slab caster were revamped and the related design work was made by VAI, mold level control by NCS Japan and the remaining control system design of the no.5 slab caster by CSC. Most control systems of the no.4 slab caster were designed by CSC. Under the close collaboration with operation, maintenance, designing and contraction sections, this revamping project was successfully carried out. The overall function of the control system has been improved significantly in addition to having a new system. This article represents the integration of accumulated experiences with cooperative innovation. |
