中文摘要 | 本研究目的在探討知本統茂溫泉旅館進行策略性人力本管理制度。本研究以文獻探討及深度訪談的方式進行,針對知本統茂溫泉旅館進行策略性人力本管理評估模式探討。研究結果發現,知本統茂溫泉旅館的員工對組織有極高的忠誠度,關鍵人員之離職率很低,員工的報酬相較於同業,薪資高於同一區域的同業水準,有完善的訓練制度,但欠缺資訊及知識庫系統。本研究建議知本統茂溫泉旅館應建立e化知識資料庫以達知識分享機制,將e-Learning作為員工訓練及儲存一般知識、專業知識、服務流程、工作流程、員工個人經驗與心得的分享平台,維持知識與技術的完整性。 |
英文摘要 | Purpose of this study was to explore the mode of Strategic Human Capital Management (SHCM) system of Chih-Pen Toong-Mao Resort and Hot Spring Hotel. Literature review and deep interview were performed to evaluate this SHCM system. The results indicated that employees of this hotel are highly faithful to their organization and turnover of the key skilled employee was very low. Staff of this hotel also possesses better reward and benefit when comparing with those of other similar hotels at same region. Although this hotel provides a maturity of employee training course, it lacks of an appropriate database management system to administer human capital. This study recommended that Chih-Pen Toong-Mao hotel should develop a computerized database management system to communicate knowledge and to deal with enormous digital data. Based on the E-learning system, it will be able to provide the capabilities, including backup of professional knowledge, service process, working process and to share personal experience through the system as well. We believe that the platform can help integrate related knowhow and improve the human capital management. |
