中文摘要 | 「連鎖式便利商店」門市人員多為部分工時兼職工作者,又因工作繁瑣無前景,造成員工流動率居高不下的現況。雖然目前便利超商選擇和大專院校建教合作,維持以學生為主體的員工形式,但臺灣已進入少子化狀態,超商勢必面臨缺工的窘境。在此同時,因企業實施「雇員彈性」制度,造成許多有工作能力的中高齡工作者被迫離開職場。超商和中高齡就業族群理當有結合可能,甚至協助在地老化的功用,但始終未見彼此間整合。本研究透過深入訪談某超商四位店長、加盟主以及三位中年店員,彙整出超商聘任中高齡工作者必需突破的問題,包括:超商主事者必需修正老化知識、改變年齡歧視的態度、提升工作誘因、設立適當職務等關鍵因素,以期找到一個雙方都能接受的合理人力資源運作空間。 |
英文摘要 | Most of the convenience store employees are part time workers Their jobs are busy, but pay less, so employees who work for the convenience stores have a high turnover. Taiwan's low birth rate will affect the source of convenience store employees in the future. At the same time, a lot of aged workers have been fired by their companies. Those aged workers need jods, and the convenience stores need employees; so they have reasons to help each other. But the fact is they do nothing about that. This research interviewed four convenience store managers and three employees. Research found that if convenience stores want to hire the aged workers, they have to change their aging knowledge, diminish their age discrimination and create new positions. |
