中文摘要 | 隨著網際網路的日漸普及,傳統上客戶直接到各地營運窗口洽辦電信相關業務的模式,將會隨著網際網路應用科技的成熟有所轉變,網際網路所提供的服務,將逐漸成為客戶申請辦理本公司相關業務的主要管道之一。本文將探討『中華電信網際網路櫃臺電信便民服務系統』之研究發展,第一章將說明本系統之發展源由,在第二章中將對本系統作概念性之介紹,系統功能及系統架構將分別在第三章及第四章中敘述,第五章將介紹有關本系統之作業安全管制。本系統建構一個『二十四小時、全年無休』的使用環境,讓客戶隨時可以申請辦理中華電信的各項業務。利用網路身份認証機制、數位簽章及加解密技術,以保護客戶資料之私密,未來研發的方向將邁向電子商務應用領域,達到「服務到家」的理想。我們本著以『顧客為導向』的理念研發及改進本系統,提昇本公司對客戶的服務品質及增加中華電信的競爭力,亦充分利用網際網路的優勢,結合公司內外部所有軟硬體資源,使中華電信的資訊及服務,能以更親和及更便捷的方式,隨時隨地提供給客戶,真正達到『以客為尊』的最高服務目標。 |
英文摘要 | The Internet is growing rapidly and popularly. This effect will impact on our lives and the operation model of business. It will be the main channel which is using Internet for customer services instead of come-and –serving traditionally. In this article, we are introducing to the development of the system for telecom customer services using Internet in CHT. We setup this system providing day-and-night services for customers who are on the Internet in anytime and anywhere. In order to increasing the quality of customer services and being in competition with other telcom providers, we will effectively utilize the advantage of Internet under the limitted resources of ours to develop the rapid and friendly services in more and more. In future, the electronic commerce is our trend that will achieve the goal of service-to-home. It will be reaching the goal of always-on services which we develop and improve based on the concept of customer-oriented. |
