英文摘要 | The synthesis and characterization of interfacially polymerized membranes consisting of polyethylenimine for the separation of carbon dioxide from nitrogen-containing gas were performed. For the membranes, the microporous supports were synthesized using commercial and solvent soluble polyetherimide and Matrimid via the dry-wet phase inversion technique. The optimum conditions for the synthesis of the support with proper pore size range (0.02-0.05 µm) were obtained. A very thin film was interfacially polymerized on the air exposed surface of the support using polyethylenimine and trimesoyl chloride. Under a suitable polyethlenimine concentration and solution immersion times, the membrane synthesized showed high CO₂/N₂ selectively at 100-140℃. |
