中文摘要 | 本研究旨在透過學校現有機械設備及低成本考量下, 研製教學實驗用且準確性高 鑄砂粒度試驗機。鑄砂振動原理係利用偏心塊讓馬達在旋轉時產生離心力,這種作用力對彈 簧施以週期性外力( periodic force ),使馬達在高轉動時產生振動搖晃作用。於民國八 十七年一月止,以約一萬元經費研製及組裝鑄砂粒度試驗機後,採用 5#、6# 及 9# 鑄砂, 分別進行八次實驗, 驗證研製之鑄砂粒度試驗機準確性頗高(與參考值比較, 誤差介於 0.02 %至 3.13 %),可為教學實驗之用。 |
英文摘要 | The major purposes of this study were to disign and manufacture the test machine for the grain distribution of foundary sand. Based on the review of literature, the periodic force is used so that the motor is on the condition of vibration in high-speed rotation. In 1998, the test machine was designed and manufactured for the grain distribution of foundry sand. Through eight experiments, proved that the test machine for the grain distribution of foundry sand is suitable for the function on teaching and learning. |
